The Rib steak from the carving station was very flavorful. Mussels, shrimp and other seafood all cooking in giant pan looked amazing. Salad, soup, pizza, even chocolate fountain with various fruits too. Unlike typical buffets the waiters cleared the table often and were very nice. Menu changes nightly.
